October 17, 2026 at 7:22 PM · by Audric123
New website
- Same address: https://www.shiva-rappelz.com, in French and English, on computers and phones alike.
- Your account does not change: same username and same password, for the website and the game. A password changed on the website also applies in game.
- Your R'Shiva are kept as they were, with your purchase, donation and points history.
- Your running buff packs are kept: activate them from your account ("Characters & auto-buff" tab).
- News published on the website. The forum is closed.
- Database: items (with the monsters that drop them), skills (tooltip at every level, costs, classes) and states (buffs and debuffs).
- Server status: online players and attendance over 7 days.
- Optional two-factor authentication ("Security" tab): a 6-digit code from an app on your phone, on top of your password. It protects the website, not the game login.
- Security: after 5 wrong passwords the account is locked and an unlock link arrives by e-mail. Any e-mail or password change is confirmed by a link.
- Support tickets and staff messages in your account.
- R'Shiva shop: items are delivered to the in-game shop item box, buffs are applied at the character's next login.
- PayPal donations: right on the website, with a PayPal account or a card, from 5 to 50 €; your R'Shiva are credited as soon as the payment is validated.
- Temporarily unavailable: rewarded votes. They will come back with vote checking; you can still vote to support the server.
- Launcher: the game still starts from the launcher. When Séraphin 9.10 opens, a new full client will need to be downloaded (see "Client" below).
Game version 9.10
Séraphin moves from version 9.7 to version 9.10. Here are the main changes of the publisher's three official updates (9.8, 9.9 and 9.10), as announced on the official servers. Some details are simplified or may differ on our server, and some items mentioned are sold in the official cash shop: their availability here may vary.
Epic 9.8: The Maze of the Brighten (official European servers, 19 January 2023)
- Levels: level cap raised to 240, job level to 120.
- Talent points: a 3rd level for the first skill of each tree, and 2 more levels for the Talent Point Enhancement skills. Some skills also get extra levels.
- Luciad's Power: enhancement above +20 is replaced. Rank 7 gear at +20 gets 1 Luciad's Power. Old levels were converted with stats unchanged: +20 = 1, +21 = 2, +22 = 4, +23 = 8, +24 = 16, +25 = 32.
- Raising Luciad's Power: combine the gear with a Luciad's Power Stone (Weapon or Armor) and a Luciad's Pure Cube. The cube drops from every boss of level 150 and above. The stones come from extracting other +20 gear with a Luciad's Power Extractor (one extractor per stored Power). Existing gear goes up to 32.
- New weapons: Pure White Weapons, made from your Island of Forgotten Gods weapon, a clean Circus dungeon weapon and Pure Luciad's Energy (25 for one-handed, 50 for two-handed). Their Luciad's Power goes up to 40 (Luciad's Advanced Cube above 32).
- Awakening: up to 7 lines on weapons and accessories, with a Blessed Awakening Stone (weapons) or Blessed Awakening Stone: Accessory, made by combining an awakening stone with Pure Luciad's Energy.
- New dungeon: Brighten's Maze, opened by a questline from Ruth, Envoy of the Luciad Society, from level 200. A 30-minute party run with number puzzles. Every minute left improves the final chest, and one member opens it for the whole party.
- One more talent point: according to the Russian publisher GameXP (the European notes do not mention it), the "[TP]King of Quiz" quest, given by Templar Oui in the first room of the maze, gives one talent point.
- Enhanced Teardrops: they now go up to +10 at the Soul Crafter. Soul Stone Essence, which drops in the new dungeon, takes them to +5. Beyond +5 you need Volatile Soul Stone Essence, sold in the official cash shop: its availability here may vary.
- Comfort:
- open up to 5,000 Skill Card Boxes at once at the Coin Exchanger;
- some boss items drop in stackable boxes (Creature Skill Artifact, Soul of Mortis, Ring of Horadric, Mirror and Shield of Janua…);
- the weight of several items changed;
- Crystal of Devildom can be stored in the warehouse;
- Scroll of Refresh and Scroll of Pet Power work with more buffs;
- better drops in Sky Fortress.
- Balance: Perfect Block is capped at 70%.
Epic 9.9: Twilight Underworld (official European servers, 1 February 2024)
- Levels: level cap raised to 250, pets up to level 220.
- New questline from Priest Sirkka, in north-west Katan. You need level 220 or higher and the "[TP]King of Quiz" quest completed.
- New dungeon: Twilight Underworld, in three zones: blue (Timru), purple (Drago) and red (Chaotic). The boss is the Chaotic Phoenix. In the red zone, Chaotic Nom and Crawler may open a short-lived gateway to the boss. You cannot leave the boss platform until the boss is dead.
- Twilight Armour Set: made by upgrading the Reviac set, 100% success. Luciad's Power up to 40. A Twilight Crystal is made from 10 Timru, 10 Drago and 10 Chaotic Crystals, dropped by the monsters of each zone. Set bonus: +20% Strength, Vitality, Agility, Dexterity, Intelligence and Wisdom, +20% physical and magic attack, +10% max HP and MP.
- Boss cards: three Chaotic Phoenix cards (Warrior, Magician, Summoner), with their collections.
- New medals: the Ordinary Medal is crafted from Naha's Blueprints, which drop in Twilight Underworld. Once identified, it becomes an Enhanced Health, Strength or Intelligence Medal with the matching gem. Medals can be enchanted up to +32 Luciad's Power.
- Random talent point skills: two pools of skills borrowed from other classes. You can get two per pool, never one of your own class.
- Combat: damage over time now counts in damage reduction.
- Arena and Battlefield: your buffs are no longer removed when you enter.
- Matchmaking: new matchmaking for players level 220 and above.
- Creature cards: durability is set to 10 whatever the enhancement (except +0). A repair icon shows in the formation window when a Blessed Creature Soul Orbiter is in your bag.
- Cardinal class balance (Érudit in French): details on the official French website.
Epic 9.10: The King of Alcatraz (official European servers, 20 February 2025)
- Level cap raised to 260.
- New instanced dungeon: Alcatraz. Entrance at Marduka Watchtower, east of Rondo, once the "Delivery to Alkatraz" quest is done. Before entering, you pick the number of players (1, 2, 4 or 8) and the difficulty (8 levels). The higher the bonus, the better the last boss's chance of extra rewards: mithril ore and ingots, then, from bonus 3, the mithril ring, necklace and earrings.
- New story: a questline towards Alcatraz, from level 228 to 230.
- New daily and weekly quests in Alcatraz, Remains of the Ancients, Devildom, Sky Fortress, Brighten's Maze and Twilight Underworld. Weekly quests reset every Monday at 6:00 server time.
- Older dailies reworked: the Devildom and Sky Fortress dailies give much better rewards, and the Sky Fortress ones open 10 levels earlier.
- Rank 8 mithril accessories: Mithril Ring of Shadows, Mithril Necklace of Corruption, Mithril Earrings of Bloodlust and Mithril Chaos Stone.
- They rarely drop in Alcatraz and are mainly crafted from the dungeon's materials.
- They are identified with a Philosopher's Scroll.
- At Blacksmith Elara, Marduka Watchtower: Purified Mithril Ingots raise their random options, Reroll Cubes reroll one of them.
- Enhancement up to +10, then an upgrade to an improved version that goes up to +15, with a 5th option. Set bonus.
- Four new boss cards (Necron, Saragon, Karmos and Vulcan), with their collections.
- Creature transformation: enchant a level 5 pet with the Creature Aura of its type for a 50% chance to make a Creature Transformation Potion. The pet is consumed whether it succeeds or not. The potion is used on your own creature, with no limit and no expiry, and gives +5% physical and magic attack while active. The nine auras (Beast, Ain, Spirit, Angel, Devil, Mecha, Dragon, Undead, Mortal) drop very rarely from monsters of the matching type.
- Balance of 7 classes, mostly wider area skills (more targets, larger radius). The Berserker gets 10 more levels in its skill tree, the Templar 6.
- System:
- gear wears out more slowly;
- player-versus-player damage is reduced;
- killing another player (PK) costs more morality;
- higher success rate for Devildom Scales.
- Skill cards: bulk enchanting at the Coin Exchanger. Careful: on failure the cards are lost, with no downgraded card in return.
- Medals: you can switch medal type by combining your medal with a Health, Strength or Intelligence gem.
Shiva additions and fixes
New
- Guild house: each guild can buy its own house, a private place shared by all its members, whatever their party.
- The leader buys it for 20 billion rupees, taken from the guild's common pot.
- Access through the "Maison de guilde" entry of the guild managers (Responsables des Guildes) in Laksy, Katan, Horizon, Rondo and Reliques Anciennes, or from Lucien ("Agent Immobilier") in the Hidden Village.
- The common pot is the guild treasury. Any member can deposit; only the leader and ranks with the "dungeon management" right can withdraw.
- Inside, Gaspard (Intendant) handles the pot and takes you back to Laksy, Katan, Horizon, Rondo or the Hidden Village.
- If you log out inside the house, you come back where you entered it.
- House upgrades, bought by the leader with the common pot:
- Bertrand, the house banker (15 billion): opens your storage;
- Mélisande, the blessings NPC (40 billion): one-hour blessings (experience, loot, creature experience), paid in Bear points ("points Ours", 1,500 to 3,000 per blessing);
- Rosalie, the guild merchant (60 billion): Fiole de Bonheur, creature Toasts and attack speed and cast speed potions, sold only here;
- Fortunio, the game table (30 billion): bets of 10 million, 100 million or 1 billion. 1 chance in 100 to win 20 times the bet, 20 in 100 to win twice the bet, otherwise the bet is lost;
- Ysolde, the Ullr tamer (40 billion): summons the Ullr of your choice, out of 142, to tame with a creature card, for 2 to 100 million rupees depending on the creature's rarity. An untamed Ullr leaves after 10 minutes, and a house holds at most 5 Ullrs at a time.
- Hidden Village:
- every character gets a permanent Hidden Village Passport at login. It is not used up, it teleports you to the Village (outside raids and sieges) and gives you the Village perks while it is in your inventory;
- the general Trader now lives in the Hidden Village, in Guide Tammy's place, under the name Envoyé d'Archange. It is no longer in the towns;
- Lucien ("Agent Immobilier") offers the same guild house menu as the guild managers.
- Shiva's Blessing Scroll (Parchemin de bénédiction de Shiva): every character gets it at login (and gets it back if lost). It re-applies the website buffs to you and your creature: your bought packs still running, otherwise the free buffs. Summon your creature before using it. Reusable every 2 minutes, bound to the character.
- Taming weekend, from Friday 20:00 to Monday 00:00 (Paris time): taming chance x1.2, and for every tamed creature a chance to get a Taming Reward Box (Boîte de Récompense d'Apprivoisement, from 1% to 100% depending on the creature's rarity). Very rarely, a 30-minute taming buff for the whole server, or a rare creature coupon.
- Collector pets: with a collector pet out, gold and items from the monsters you kill go straight into your bag. In a party, the usual sharing applies. Loot still drops on the ground if your bag is too heavy or if it belongs to another player.
- New characters: they get Shiva's Satchel (Sacoche de Shiva) instead of the Apprentice Bag: +100,000 carry weight instead of +2,000.
Creatures
- The experience a creature can earn from one monster is raised a lot: at level 209 it goes from 132 million to about 1.9 billion per monster. Levelling past 209 by hunting is possible again. Reminder: a creature only earns hunting experience while its level is below its master's.
Balance
- Guild blessing: in guilds below grade 15, the leader gets the same rank bonus as a rank-0 member (75 levels instead of 5 per grade). At grade 10 with 100 points spent, the leader's blessing goes from +30% to +32.5%. Nothing changes for members, or for leaders from grade 15.
- Website buff "Course rapide": +30% movement speed with bought packs (a little less with the free buffs) instead of +105%, so mounts are worth it again.
- Trader (Envoyé d'Archange):
- menu in four sections: Progression, Enhancement, Creatures and companions, Appearance and mounts;
- new rupee buying prices: unchanged for starter goods (feathers, creature cards, keys…), x5 for comfort goods (buffs, mounts, costumes…), x20 for power goods (belts, necklaces, item and skill enhancement, collector pets…). Selling to NPCs does not change;
- items sold on the website shop, the Secroute premium pass and the Ullr scrolls are no longer sold there. Ullrs now come from the guild house.
Fixes
- Effects over time: poisons, bleeds, burns and heals over time follow their interval. They used to tick every second, whatever their description. They are therefore weaker than before, and match the skills.
- Monsters: at rest, they wander around their spawn point again.
- Weather: the weather changes again in variable-weather zones.
- Collection quests: ten quests asking for two items (for example "Collecte de Matériaux d'Armure") were completed with the first one only. They ask for both again.
- Vulcanus: quest items are given again when you beat the time record.
- "Regard Froid" trial: the Spirit Stone appears near you for 5 minutes when you arrive on the Siren island (île des Sirènes).
- Permanent Master set: identifying the permanent Master pieces (Casque de Médusa, Gants de Draco, Bottes de la Veuve Noire, Armures de Lima) no longer wastes the scroll.
- Test message: the server-wide message sent each time a player died is removed.
- Stability: a cause of server crashes in busy market areas is removed.
Good to know
- When Séraphin 9.10 opens (date announced by the staff), everyone starts again from their 9.7 character: your Séraphin 9.7 characters, items, guilds, creatures, titles and quests will be carried over. Progress made during the beta will not be kept.
- You keep your level: version 9.10 needs a different amount of experience from level 173, so experience will be recalculated for everyone to keep their level and their progress within it.
- +21 to +25 items: they show +20 with the matching Luciad's Power (see Epic 9.8), with no loss of stats.
- Random options on your gear: carried over with no loss.
- A few items are not carried over, with no compensation: rental gear that had already expired, the Blue Cape "JP for sale", and a few items whose code no longer exists. The rare non-gear items above +20 (skill cards…) are set back to +20.
- Guild leaders: upload your guild icon again (JPEG image, 20 x 20 pixels at most).
- Rates: experience x10, items x10, gold x1, as during the beta.
- Bought on the old shop since March: the items you have not withdrawn yet are waiting in the in-game shop item box. Withdraw them after Séraphin 9.10 opens. Open the box even if no notice shows.
- Hidden Village Passport: it is permanent, even if the game still shows "90 days".
- End of the beta: at the opening, the permanent buffs given to everyone during the beta end, and the free creature buff menu for testers at Busuzima and LeBuff is removed.
- Client: when Séraphin 9.10 opens, everyone, beta testers included, downloads the new full client from the Download page of the website. Old launchers will show a download page. If an item shows without an icon, a name or a description, restart the game through the launcher.
- A problem? Report it with the character name, place and time, by ticket from your account or on Discord: https://discord.gg/yY7bJPz94M
